CLOTHES CLOSET

Our Clothes Closet (pictured left) is open on Fridays, and provides free clothing to those in need. We need volunteers to sort donations, monitor our inventory and assist our guests who come in need of clothing. If you would like to volunteer to be a part of our Clothes Closet team, CLICK HERE .

SUPPORT OUR TROOPS

We support our troops in Afghanistan & Iraq by sending over 100 care boxes a year to troops who are on the front lines. Members can help out by supporting this mission financially or by purchasing items to fill the boxes. Contact our church office at 357-2833 to find out how you can help. CLICK HERE for the list of needed supplies and donate them in the collection boxes located in the church foyers or the office.

PARTNERS FOR SUCCESS

Partners For Success (pictured right) is a joint venture between First Church and Eustis Elementary School to offer assistance to students who are falling behind in school. Each week during the school year 10-15 volunteer tutors give of their time and their talent so that children in our community can begin to enjoy some success in their school work. You don’t need to be an expert to become a tutor. All you need is a heart that is willing to serve, and the time to donate to a worthy and kingdom-building cause. TWO CENTS A MEAL

First Church supports the Two Cents A Meal mission through the Central Florida Presbytery. We take up six special offerings a year that are pooled with offerings from the over 70 Presbyterian churches in Central Florida to fight hunger both in Central Florida and around the U.S.

LET'S GET PHYSICAL

Let’s Get Physical, chaired by Tracy Hofmeister, provides free sports and back-to-school physicals to children and teens. This year volunteers from our church and community provided physicals to over 140 local students and served lunch to over 400 people.

OPEN DOOR

A supply drive was held in October for this local drop-in shelter for the homeless. Thanks to the generosity of the congregation, FPCE donated 9+ medium-size packing boxes overflowing with snacks, drinks, paper products, and laundry supplies.
